President "Rocket Man" On Cancelled WH Tours: "It Wasn't Me!"

President Barack Hussein Obama is now blaming the cancellation of all White House tours to the public on the Secret Service (Transcript here). Like the character Fred Sanders of the movie "Rocketman", this President is incapable of "man'ing up" to anything that happens on his watch.
