REALLY? Gen. Says Attacks On U.S. Troops Caused By Ramadan Fasting

Yeah, General, that's it! Afghanis are attacking U.S. Soldiers because they are hungry.

Sooooo...why are they only attacking U.S. soldiers, and not members of the Afghan forces and police?

Maybe the answer is that they are islamists, and what better time to commit jihad than during the time of prayer and fasting.

Please don't insult our intelligence, General Allen.

(CNSNews.com) – The commander of coalition forces in Afghanistan on Thursday cited the stress of fasting during Ramadan – which fell at the height of summer this year – as one possible reason for a spike in “insider attacks” on U.S. troops. However, the Muslim fast month historically has been associated with jihad.
