MSNBC: Wisconsin Dem Claims GOP Requiring a pre-Abortion Ultrasound is just like the Taliban

On MSNBC, Ed "putty face" Schultz said that Republicans are ramping up the "War on Women", and are putting and "iron fist to democracy".
Finding a sympathetic ear in comrade Schultz, Wisconsin State Representative Lena Taylor made the following ridiculous statement:

"This is no different than when I went to Turkey and heard of what the women in the Middle East are experiencing with the Taliban".

Really Representative Taylor? No difference? So,requiring an ultrasound is comparable to having a forced clitorectomy? An ultrasound is just like women in the Middle East being jailed for having the audacity to be raped? Or maybe it's just like getting acid thrown in her face if a breeze blows her hijab,  exposing her face to a male member of her society?
This is the type of extreme crap that the left use as talking points, confident that the Ed Schultz' of the world won't even bother to challenge such a ludicrous comment.
One blogger on the left, who I'm sure thinks of himself as intellectual,  even called a pre-abortion ultrasound as non-medical "RAPE"! Maybe this guy should go talk to some actual rape victims before positing such an asinine comparison.
But this is the schizophrenia seen on the left, who on the one hand remind us of how wonderful and peaceful these islamists are, labeling those who disagree as islamophobes, and in the same breath talk of their war on women, and how brutal they are.
Trying to follow the "logic" of these leftists is like playing a game of intellectual "Twister". "Right brain, 'Red'". "Left brain, 'green'".

A Wisconsin Democrat over the weekend compared her Republican colleagues to the Taliban for supporting and passing a bill that would require women to get an ultrasound before being allowed to have an abortion.
During the debate over the bill last week, lawmakers and demonstrators who opposed the measure shouted and protested loudly, leading to the forcible removal of certain protesters from the senate gallery, TheBlaze reported.  And according to Democrat State Senator Lena Taylor, her Republican colleagues behaved just like the Taliban.

EPA "Green-Shirts" Cost Wisconsin Jobs, Company Over $300 Mil.

policies.

Lisa Jackson is leaving the Obama Administration, but not before she inflicts maximum damage on workers and the economy.  Though rocked by scandal over using fake accounts on official government e-mail accounts, Jackson and the EPA are fining a Wisconsin power company $1.2 million for alleged Clean Air Act violations, in addition to forcing them to spend $300 million on upgrades to two plants, and mandating that they spend $6 million on "green" energy projects. Included in this is giving half a million to national parks, $300K to a community to build a manure digester for biofuels, as well as millions to windfarm companies to buy more wind turbines.  The list goes on.
This folks is socialist re-engineering.  Obama, through the Stasi-like tactics of the EPA, confiscates wealth from one company or industry ("evil" fossil fuel), and redistributes it to those that the Regime approves of ("good" green energy).
Of course, it's the consumer who will end up paying for all of this redistribution in the long run.  The power companies will be forced to offset these fines and mandates in the form of higher prices on the one end, and by the fact that these biofuel products and wind energy cost much more to produce than conventional forms of energy.  Either way, the people of Wisconsin are going to feel the effects in the wallets.

Obama EPA Forces Company to Cut Jobs, Spend $6 million on Green Agenda

A settlement forced by the Obama Administration’s Environmental Protection Agency on a Wisconsin power company has forced an employer to prepare to cut jobs and spend millions paying for the Obama Administration’s green energy agenda. The EPA has entered into a consent decree with the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPS) after federal regulators alleged that two of the company’s coal-fired power plants were in violation of the Clean Air Act. The company disputes the claim.

Under the leadership of Obama appointed EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, the federal agency has been on a crusade to fundamentally reshape portions of the economy. In addition to using its regulatory power to wage war on coal fired power plants, the EPA has pushed an aggressive green energy agenda that has been criticized by some experts as long on politics but short on science.

Left Blames Usual Patsies In Wisconsin Sikh Shooting

Michelle Bachmann, Rush Limbaugh, and Glenn Beck are targeted by the left as "responsible" for the actions of a reported  'white supremacist' in Wisconsin over the weekend.  Once again, the actual shooter is not to blame, but conservative radio (Limbaugh and Beck), and the Tea Party (Michelle Bachmann).  The only thing surprising about allegations are - no wait! NONE of this is surprising!  This reaction is the new normal from those on the left.  Shootings. Natural disasters. Hot weather. Cold weather. Floods.  Whatever the tragedy, somehow, someway, the left will vomit out their accusations.  It's a reflex.  Those on the left have been so conditioned to these things, that evidence is not only not needed, it's not even sought after.  Even after being proven wrong (the Aurora shooting, Gabby Giffords), hard-core leftists are incapable of coming off of their reflexive attacks.  They double-down!

While blaming Michelle Bachmann for this attack, claiming that it is because of her calls to investigate persons in our government who have ties to the terrorist group the Muslim Brotherhood, it completely escapes them that Sikh's are not Muslim, but a monotheistic Indian religion founded in the Punjab area of India.

Attacks like this on Limbaugh are par for the course.  He's been blamed for everything from the OK, City bombing in the 90's, to Columbine, and now this.  Rush Limbaugh has even been blamed for rising threats against Democrat lawmakers. It never even occurs to them that most of these types of things are from people who are just plain nuts!  It also doesn't enter their pea-brains that some of these threats and acts might just come from some of those on the left (Shock!) who have felt betrayed by promises of a far-left socialist utopia which have not happened yet. Say, like the Occupy Oakland protestors smashing a window at Obama Headquarters in downtown Oakland.  Even that was blamed on "right-wing violence" by those on the left!  Really?!  The Occupy movement is a bunch of right-wing Tea Party types? It has become laughable, the depths to which the left has sunk.

It will be interesting to follow all the talking heads on the news shows, twisting themselves into pretzels, as they attempt to get a leg up on all of their colleagues to try to "understand" the mind of the disturbed, and apparently racist, individual who shot up this Sikh Temple, and then place the blame on the gun, talk radio, conservatives, or some other external entity - anyone but the actual shooter!  This will of course just add more fuel to the fire of those on the anti-gun bandwagon.

Meanwhile, those of us on the "hate-filled right" will pray for the innocent victims of this horrible tragedy, recognize that there are sick and evil people in this world, that is those people who are responsible for their own actions, and give more people the "tools" to protect themselves and their neighbors, as the Founders so wisely recognized.

Romney Pulls Ahead In Wisconson

Hot on the heels of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker's recall election victory, Mitt Romney has for the first time, pulled ahead of President Barack Obama in a new Rasmussen poll.  Considered a key state, and one that Republicans have not won in 24 years, this could bode poorly for Obama, and indicate a massive landslide to Romney in November.
Barack Obama won Wisconsin by nearly 14% in 2008.

Election 2012: Wisconsin President Wisconsin: Romney 47%, Obama 44%

Wednesday, June 13, 2012  Mitt Romney now leads President Obama for the first time in Wisconsin where the president's support has fallen to its lowest level to date.  

The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Romney with 47% of the vote to Obama’s 44%. Five percent (5%) prefer some other candidate, and four percent (4%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Prior to this survey, Obama's support in the state has ranged from 45% to 52%, while Romney has earned 41% to 45%. Last month, the numbers were Obama 49%, Romney 45%. The president led his likely Republican challenger by 11 points in March - 52% to 41%.

Richard Trumka: Walker Victory is Loss For Wisconsin Workers

AFL-CIO's Richard Trumka, whom I'll call "Dick" from here on out, went on Face the Nation with Bob Scheiffer.  Remember when "Dick" said he was going to "take out Scott Walker"? Obviously, that didn't happen, and now "Dick" is spinning himself into knots trying to put happy face on his devastating defeat.  From the word "Go", Dick began spewing numbers that drew my attention, simply because they were so wildly out of whack with what has been reported.

"Dick's" first claim is that Governor Walker spent over $50 million in this campaign. This "fact", unchallenged by Scheiffer and the panel, is off by about $20 million. The Walker campaign, which spent roughly $30 million, did outspend the Barrett campaign, but not by the massive amounts that the media and guys like "Dick" are trumpeting.  The figures most thrown around are $30M and $4M, with Walker outspending Barrett by over 7-1.  What guys like "Dick" won't tell you is that the unions spent $21 million in anti-Walker ads and materials. "Dick" also won't mention the HUGE advantage that unions have in an organized "ground game" for getting out the vote.  The Walker campaign had to spend huge amounts of cash to build their ground game from nearly scratch, and were at a big disadvantage early on.  Roughly, Walker outspent Barrett by $30M - $25M, not the 7-1 ratio suggested by unions and media.

"Dick" also talks of how Wisconsin job creation under Walker is the "worst" in the country, crating only 13,500 jobs over the last year. On its face this certainly appears bad, and if Wisconsin were New York or California it would be dismal.  But Wisconsin is does not have the population density of those states. This is farm and dairy country. Raw numbers don't tell the whole story, and can be misleading.  The facts are that Wisconsin's unemployment rate is 6.7%, well below the national average of 8.1%, and has dropped from a high of 9.2% shortly before he took office.

"Dick" also talks of Governor Walker trying to suppress voting, despite the fact that Wisconsin had record voter turnout across the state. That dog won't hunt "Dick".

The Walker recall victory is sending a huge message to other Governors that "Dick" doesn't want to acknowledge publicly. That is, public sector unions have been weakened, they are exposed, and their influence is not something to be feared any longer.  They can be beat.  Public sector union membership is down, and continues to fall.  In Wisconsin, over 34K members have voluntarily quit the AFSCME union.

Contrary to what "Dick" says, Wisconsin has been a victory for business, workers and taxpayers, not only in Wisconsin, but around the country.

Sharpton: GOP Suppressed Wisconsin Recall Vote

Bwahahahahaha! Oh that wacky Al Sharpton!

Speaking to his anemic radio audience, Al Sharpton insinuated that the Republicans stole the Wisconson election on Tuesday by outspending the Democrats, and (wait for it!) suppressing Democrat turnout(?)!

As I posted earlier this week, voter turnout in some Democrat strongholds was reported at over 90%, which not only doesn't sound like voter suppression, it reeks of voter fraud on a massive scale.  Not massive enough for Al Sharpton, of course.  Turnout need to be not 100%, but over 100%.  How else are they going to get candidates like Al Franken elected?

These guys are getting worried, which is going to make for a major effort by Democrats to artificially inflate turnout in November.

Voter Fraud Alert: Madison WI Projected 119% Voter Turnout

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker fought off opponents for his recall despite initial reports projecting119% turnout in liberal stronghold Madison. That percentage has since been revised down to about 96%, but that number is still unrealistically high.

Democrats have been screaming from the mountain tops that a nationwide push for voter I.D. laws across the country will "disenfranchise" minority voters and that incidences of voter fraud are exaggerated. How is it then, that in the lat several elections, we see hugely inflated turnouts in some liberal bastions, and that the dead and cartoon characters, and dictators show up in registrations and at the polls?

There is good evidence that that is exactly what happened in Minnesota in 2008 when Al Franken won by a mere 312 votes, but over 341 felons, who are ineligible to vote, nevertheless did.  This doesn't even count the ballots that were "found" days after the election, which in at least one case, inflated voter turnout the district to over 100%.

A person needs a photo I.D. to buy alcohol, get on a plane, use a credit card, and any number of other everyday mundane things.  But to Democrats and the Eric Holder Justice Department, requiring a photo I.D. to vote is to suppress the votes of minorities.

Eric Holder may be right about one thing:  it does suppress minority voting.  But the minorities are not blacks or Hispanics.  The minorities that he refers to are the statistically few, but numerous, corrupt individuals, who taint the integrity of our election process.  Holder, though, is not interested in maintaining the integrity of the process.  He is interested in the outcome, no matter in the means to get it were corrupt.

American's need to continue to push for voter I.D. laws to restore public confidence in the election process.

A Madison City Clerk has told a Wisconsin radio host that turnout for the area is expected at over 100%, up to 119%. What makes it all the more interesting is that this story comes from a far-left site.

AFL-CIO's Trumka Looks To "Take Out Scott Walker"

Scott Walker is the poster boy for everything that Richard Trumka and the labor unions hate, especially when it comes to stripping state workers of collective bargaining "rights".  Let's be clear.  Collective bargaining for public sector unions should be stripped.  These are government employees. That is, they work for the people.  Their salaries and benefits are payed for with taxpayer money.  Thus, when they say that they are negotiating for pay and benefits, they are not bargaining with a private corporation or business. Private companies and unions can negotiate based on what affect it would have on their profitability, their  ability to remain competitive, or how it might affect long-term viability of the company (think GM).  Public employee unions on the other hand are "playing" with taxpayer money, with literally zero input from the taxpayers on pay and benefits.  If the money isn't there, it's no sweat off of their backs.  The legislature just raises taxes to cover shortfalls.  At least until the taxpayers finally catch on and start to fight back. Like Wisconsin.

The problem for the unions in Wisconsin and Herr Trumka is that the state is now in better shape financially than before the collective bargaining battle won by Governor Walker.  In addition, Wisconsin's unemployment rate is well below the national average, 6.8% in March, down from 6.9% in January and February, and well below the 7.6% from one year before.

Trumka and the union are going to throw millions of dollars to advertising and smear campaigns to remove Walker from office.  The unions and community activists, if the race is close, or God-forbid, comes down to a recount, will attempt to swing the election by stuffing the ballot boxes, "finding" lost ballots in basements or car trunks, while challenging every single vote for Scott Walker.  It will be Minnesota all over again, where there were more registered voters than residents in some districts, and which all happened to fall for Al Franken, in an essentially 50/50 state.

Do the right thing Wisconsin voters.  Don't let Richard Trumka the left steal this election.
