All of the so-called political "experts" have all by ordained Romney as the GOP presidential candidate for 2012. One small problem: The voters outside the beltway apparently haven't gotten the memo. Romney has dropped to 2nd in favorability behind Herman Cain, and Romney is even being challenged by Newt Gingrich who finished on 6-points back of Romney at 66% favorability. Even worse, Romney does not seem to be able crack the 30 percent number in Republicans who are likely to vote in the primaries. So where does the idea come from that Romney is inevitable? Chris Christie? Joe Scarborough? Chris Christie is being exposed as a lot farther to the left in many of his policies than his You-Tube devotees would have us believe. On global warming, cap-and trade, TARP, and some other very significant issues, Christie is closer to Obama than to the vast majority of American voters out in the heartland.

Remember when the left was foaming at the mouth about "violent rhetoric" of conservatives following the shooting of Gabriel Giffords? President Obama even used the memorial service for the victims as a chance to "change the tone" of political debate. Of course, according to the media, almost all of the violent rhetoric was coming from conservatives, because we all know that enlightened liberals are incapable of using this type of hyperbole. In fact, according to the creed of the left, the Chris Matthews', the Ed Shultz's, and Rachel Maddow's of this world are also incapable of any type of bigotry or violent rhetoric. New Black Panther leader Malik Shabazz has even said that blacks were incapable of being racist because they don't have the power to change anything. All of this is, of course, pure sophistry, but the left is not interested in being honest.

What does tyranny look like? Some Wisconsin families are finding out first-hand after a judge ruled that they cannot drink milk from their own cows, but are prevented from doing so by the state. The judge ruled that they are bound by the rules and regulations of Wisconsin and ruled that their family farm is, by law, a dairy.
This is not the first that you may have heard of local and federal agents going after Americans for eating or drinking "unlawfully". Here are just a few stories regarding this kind of tyrannical behavior:

So, how far should the FDA and the feds go where what we eat or drink is concerned. Of course there are public health issues be taken into account, but the law is written in such a way that, if they suspect (with no evidence) that a food item might be tainted that they can seize the food. And seize it they do - with full SWAT regalia and guns drawn, like a scene right out of The Blues Brothers. Even if they have reasonable suspicion that items may pose a public health issue, the full military show of force tactics can only be there for one reason - to create intimidation and fear. Do they really believe that an Amish family sitting around the table poses the same risk as a sophisticated marijuana operation or meth lab?

A news correspondent covering a protest in Sacramento California goes in search of individuals at the protest to explain what their purpose and/or message is that they are trying to convey. Not surprisingly, most of the participants don't have a clue as to what message they want to send, or to whom they are sending it. Only slightly less surprising is that the man who is the actual "organizer" of the event also tells the reporter that he doesn't know why they are there either.
This is actually funny, if it were not so sad.

They were successful in overthrowing the government, but almost immediately after, the Islamists who they allied with started burning the churches and calling for the annihilation of Israel and all the Jews. During the height of the Tea Party rallies, numerous politicians, media and the White House were quick to point out that the attendees to these events were violent, racist, anti-semitic, homophobes who needed to be marginalized. This, despite the total lack of evidence, either audio or video, to back up their outrageous charges. Remember the scene of Nancy Pelosi marching up to the Capitol, oversize gavel in hand, arm-in-arm with members of the Congressional Black Caucus, to vote on President Obama's health care bill. Remember also the charges that Tea Party members were spitting on some of the black Congressman and calling them "Ni**ers". Remember how the media, despite having cameras and microphones everywhere and not capturing a single instance of the these supposed acts, spent the next week (and still does bring up) to use these phantom acts to label the Tea Party as a racist movement? Talking to people, I find that there are still many who still believe this lie perpetuated by the media.
Fast forward to today and look at what is actually happening, with audio and video proof, and the media is virtually silent. They have zero intellectual curiosity to try to find out who is behind the organizing of these "rallies", which are becoming increasingly violent. What little coverage there is of the protests is being whitewashed. The show a few benign looking signs, and tell us which "celebrities" are there supporting the protests.
This morning, President Obama is asked about these protests and he glibly says that he's "heard of it". There are thousands of people in the streets of New York City, clashing with police, calling for the destruction of system, and the leader of the free world claims he has "seen it on T.V."? No criticism. No denouncing the numerous anti-semitic remarks (which are documented on audio and video, and which the media has, thus far, virtually ignored). He appears to be nearly disengaged from what should be, in my opinion, a high priority for this administration: ongoing civil disobedience which is spreading across the country.
Personally, I think he is very engaged. This is what he has called for ("Put on your marching shoes"). This is who he is, and these are his people.

Yet here is but another example of one of the Arab leaders, in this case Fatah, saying essentially that peace will only come from Israel no longer existing. These people tell us what their aims are, yet the media is either incompetent, or is purposely hiding this type of information from the public.
