Liar Wasserman-Schultz Says Christie Not A "Straight Shooter"

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz told CNN's Don Lemon that Chris Christie is "not the straight shooter he claimed to be" following the release of e-mails appearing to show that members of Christie's staff ordered three lanes of the George Washington Bridge be closed, snarling traffic, as political retribution against the Democrat mayor of a New Jersey town.
Little Debbie also claimed that Christie was being evasive, and not forthcoming about the events. Don Lemon, to his credit, wasn't letting Wasserman-Schultz off that easily, pointing out that she is quick to take Obama, who has been embroiled in a number of scandals, at his word. “He didn’t know about the NSA spying on allies, he didn’t know about the Obamacare website, he didn’t know that you wouldn’t be able to keep your doctor, so what’s the difference between Christie not knowing and the president not knowing?”
Wasserman-Schultz, who judging by her shifting in her seat, and her body language was clearly prepared to get a free pass from CNN, laughably retorted, "The difference is the issues that President Obama said he didn’t know about were policy issues. This is a scandal!"



I am not a flag waver for Chris Christie and his GOP establishment ways.  In fact, I believe if he is the GOP nominee for President in 2016, it is going to be a disaster of monumental proportions for both the Republican's and the country.
To conclude, I find it more than a little humorous that DWS has the hubris to tackle the forthrightness of anyone, given her track record of lies, race-baiting, and deceit to the American people. (Video and video links of DWS's greatest hits below)

Lindsay Graham: "You've Hijacked Him!"

Senator John McCain, whom the left likes to portray as a "maverick", went on CBS' This Morning lamenting how all the scandals facing the Obama White House are damaging the President's "credibility", and encouraging him to put them behind him so he can lead on all of the problems facing the country.

Really, Senator McCain? A little news flash for you here. Most of the problems facing the country are the result of this President's so-called "leadership" and his policies!

John McCain is now the poster-child for what is wrong in Washington, D.C. The senior Senator is now openly advocating for what is arguably the most corrupt administration in this nation's history. While Nixon, with all of his paranoia, wished to use the IRS against his political enemies, the Obama administration has actually used them, along with the EPA, the Department of Justice, and who knows what else.

Numerous Obama appointees and cabinet members have either stonewalled or perjured themselves before Congress in administration scandals  ranging from the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal, to The IRS and Benghazi.  In addition Obama his self has lied directly to the American people time and again, confident that the media won't call him on them.  His promise to the American people before his first election victory, that he would not have lobbyists anywhere near his administration lasted exactly three days.  The media reaction? No big deal.

Obama's lies to American's on ObamaCare are numerous:

Obama claimed numerous times to the media and in campaign events that he did not support single payer (socialized) health care or destroying private health insurance. Yet in this interview [ Video ] , which the media conveniently hid from the American people, Obama clearly states that he intends to ultimately destroy private health insurance, and that a single payer system be put in place in 10 to 20 years.

Obama and the media also skewered Sarah Palin and others for exposing the existence of death panels in the ObamaCare bill, calling them conspiracy nuts and worse. Yet, when Paul Krugman admitted [Video] that these panels do, in fact, exist within the legislation, the media response was silence.

Obama also said that ObamaCare was not a tax increase, correcting George Stephanopolous on national TV, saying "that's just not true, George",  Yet, when the Obama administration lawyers argued the Constitutionality of ObamaCare before the Supreme Court, that is exactly what the argued it was, and a 5-4 Supreme Court split of the court outrageously agreed that it is a tax increase, and thus constitutional.

Now we have AP wiretaps, Benghazi, and the IRS and EPA scandals, and Obama Administration persons are lying and perjuring themselves all over the place.  In comes John McCain to Obama's rescue.

Even McCain stalwart Lindsay Graham is flummoxed by MeCain's cozy new relationship with the liar-in-chief, saying “I’m getting nervous,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), McCain’s closest friend in the Senate. “I told Denis McDonough, ‘I don’t know what you’ve done: You’ve hijacked him.’”

McCain is up for reelection in 2014.  Let's make sure he is defeated in the primary.  It's well past time that this Benedict Arnold to conservatives and the Constitution be put out to pasture.

What Does Tyranny Look Like? IRS Seizes More Than 60 MILLION Medical Records Without Warrants!!

It is patently obvious that the Obama Administration, through the IRS, the Department of Justice, the EPA, the State Department, and who knows who else, is at war with the people of the United States.

This latest revelation, that the IRS has seized private medical records of over 10 million Americans should send a chill up every American's spine.  This is corruption of the highest order.  It cannot be coincidental that federal departments as disparate as the IRS, Justice, and the EPA, spontaneously and autonomously, decided to target Tea Party groups, pro-Israel groups, conservative religious organizations, and now seize the medical records of millions of Americans, including the records of EVERY State judge in California.

The potential for political thuggery of seizing private medical records of judges is off the charts.  Knowing the personal information of these judges, which could include whether they have had psychiatric care, drug or alcohol problems or rehab, and any number of medical conditions would open the floodgates for the Feds to have the ability to extort judges into rulings that would be favorable to the government on any number of cases or issues.

Congress needs to quit pussy-footing around with all of these separate committee hearings for all of these different scandals, and put ALL of them under a single umbrella, and assign a special prosecutor to investigate them as a whole, connecting the dots to what is a clearly coordinated campaign by the Obama Administration to "fundamentally transform" the United States into his socialist/Marxist vision.

Class Calls IRS Rude, Crude and Abusive

SAN DIEGO (CN) - A lurid but vague class action accuses corrupt and abusive IRS agents of stealing 10 million people's medical records without a warrant - including "intimate medical records of every state judge in California."    
John Doe Company sued 15 John Doe IRS agents in Superior Court.    
"This is an action involving the corruption and abuse of power by several Internal Revenue Service ('IRS') agents (collectively referred to as 'defendants' herein) during a raid of John Doe Company, in the Southern District of California, on March 11, 2011," the complaint states. "In a case involving solely a tax matter involving a former employee of the company, these agents stole more than 60,000,000 medical records of more than 10,000,000 Americans, including at least 1,000,000 Californians.    
"No search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no subpoena authorized the seizure of these records; none of the 10,000,000 Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil investigation and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to the IRS search. IT personnel at the scene, a HIPPA [sic: recte HIPAA] facility warning on the building and the IT portion of the searched premises, and the company executives each warned the IRS agents of these privileged records. The IRS agents ignored and discarded each of these warnings, ignored their own published and public-reliant rules and governing ethical requirements, and ignored the limitations of the court's search warrant authorization, seizing the records under threat of destroying company property."

Lawmakers to investigate EPA FOIA scandal

Republican lawmakers are launching an investigation into claims that the Environmental Protection Agency, while giving preferential treatment to environmental groups, made it harder for conservative groups to obtain government records.

“According to documents obtained by the Committees, EPA readily granted FOIA fee waivers for environmental allies, effectively subsidizing them, while denying fee waivers and making the FOIA process more difficult for states and conservative groups,” wrote Republican lawmakers, including Rep. Darrell Issa and Sens. David Vitter, Chuck Grassley and Jim Inhofe in a letter to the EPA.

Richard Nixon was not impeached because of the Watergate break-in.  His downfall was his involvement in the cover-up that followed.  So may be the downfall of Barack "Milhouse" Obama. There are a number of people who are looking into this who believe that he has not only been involved in the coverup, but that the IRS was targeting the Tea Party, pro-Israel groups, conservative religious groups, and God knows who else, for extra scrutiny on explicit instructions from the White House.

To believe that he only found out about what was going on at the IRS through the nightly news stories last week, is to be willfully deceived.

The Internal Revenue Service scandal involving the apparently unjustified targeting of Tea Party and other conservative groups has also hit home with the Hispanic community.

George Rodriguez, former president of the San Antonio Tea Party, said that when the organization applied for non-profit status, leaders were intimidated by IRS workers with excessive paperwork and meddling questions.

“They asked us all sorts of things that were out of the norm,” Rodriguez, now head of the conservative South Texas Alliance, told Fox News Latino. “We knew these questions were not the norm and we had our suspicions about them.”

With all of the attention focused on the IRS' targeting of Tea Party groups for extra scrutiny, and the subsequent revelations that they passed on confidential information about those groups to a left-wing group called ProPublicus, one story is still appears to be garnering much less attention. That the same IRS has also targeted groups that are Pro-Israel, or suspected of being supportive of Israel.
This is especially troubling, though not surprising, given the public hostility Barack Obama and his administration have shown toward the State of Israel, and particularly Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. American Jews should be outraged if it is shown that Obama and his minions are using the IRS as a political weapon to silence pro-Israel groups in the U.S.  These are Gestapo-like tactics being used by the Obama administration, and as much as they would like to lay this at the feet of mid-level lackey's and appear completely insulated from these scandals, the deeper people dig into them, the higher up the chain of command the approvals go.
As a reminder: the first item on the articles of impeachment against Richard Nixon was his use of the IRS as a political sledgehammer against his opponents.  It looks like Obama may have missed this salient fact as he pursued his distorted leftist view of American history.

Israel-related groups also pointed to IRS scrutiny

The same Internal Revenue Service office that singled out Tea Party groups for extra scrutiny also challenged Israel-related organizations, at least one of which filed suit over the agency’s handling of its application for tax-exempt status.

The trouble for the Israel-focused groups seems to have had different origins than that experienced by conservative groups, but at times the effort seems to have been equally ham-handed.

EPA E-mail Release is a Middle Finger to Americans

This is getting to be a joke.  Not "ha, ha" funny, but infuriating.  In yet another incident of "the most transparent Administration in history" giving Americans the middle finger, the EPA released 2100 e-mails sent by EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson under a fictitious name.  Or did they?  The name is redacted on every one of the e-mails, so the question of whether these are the e-mails sent by Jackson is still in question.
Of course the mainstream media has virtually ignored the entire story of Jackson using the fake e-mail name, in violation of the law, being complicit in aiding the Obama Administration cover up every scandal from this lawless bunch. From Lisa Jackson's e-mail scandal at EPA, to Fast and Furious at Justice, to Benghazi, the press is uninterested or unconcerned that the Obama Administration stonewalls, hides, deflects, and flat-out ignores FOAI requests, Congressional subpoenas, and claims "Executive Privilege".  Worse, they actively participate in the cover-up, "reporting" White House talking points , or poo-pooing each scandal as much ado about nothing, accusing conservatives of racism, McCarthyism, or being beholden to Tea Party extremists.
Meanwhile, the Obama Administration marches on with its socialist agenda, pulling America further down into tyranny.

Roll Call's Jonathan Strong reports that Ron Paul's office has a history of billing both US taxpayers and outside groups for the same flights -- and that he's been confronted about it:

In March 2005, David James called Rep. Ron Paul's (R-Texas) Congressional office for some documentation.

James's nonprofit group, the Liberty Committee, had paid for one of Paul's flights, and James needed a receipt or boarding pass to document the expense. He'd been pushing Paul for the paperwork and now, on the phone, he was "putting his foot down."

"So I called the office manager," James recalled. "They knew me, like, as well as they knew Ron. And I said, ‘Liberty Committee is paying for this expense. I need to get the boarding pass or the ticket or something.'"

The office manager said Paul's Congressional office no longer had documentation for that flight; Paul had sent it in to the House Finance Office for reimbursement. But Liberty Committee had already sent a check to American Express to cover the charge on Paul's credit card...

The U.S. Department of Energy provided $2.4 billion to clean-energy companies with ties to the former firm of Sanjay Wagle, a venture capitalist who was a Barack Obama fundraiser during the president’s 2008 campaign.

DOE provided the money over a three-year period to clean-energy companies in which Wagle’s former firm, Vantage Point Venture Partners, had invested, according to The Washington Post, which reported that Wagle left his California firm to join DOE shortly after Obama’s election.

With 2011 drawing to a close, it is time to account. As an early-and-often chronicler of Chicago-on-the-Potomac, I am amazed at the stubborn and clingy persistence of President Barack Obama's snowblowers in the media. See no scandal, hear no scandal, speak no scandal.

Dartmouth College professor Brendan Nyhan asserted in May — while Operation Fast and Furious subpoenas were flying on Capitol Hill — that "one of the least remarked upon aspects of the Obama presidency has been the lack of scandals."

Conveniently, he defines scandal as a "widespread elite perception of wrongdoing."
