Making Us Less Safe - Obama Admin Allowing Women SEAL's/Rangers by 2015

As if further proof is needed that the Obama Administration and his limp-wristed, milquetoast SecDef Chuck Hagel are intentionally weakening our military fighting force, we now get a story from the NY Daily News that there are plans to allow women into the Special Operations teams known as the Navy SEAL's and Army Rangers.

This is not only disturbing, it is an outrage!  We're not talking about your average military billets here.  These are the top 1% of the top 1%!  The mental demands are not what are at issue here.  I fully believe that any motivated woman can fire a weapon a well as her male counterparts.  But the physical demands that are placed on the men who go through the training required to qualify as SEAL's and Rangers would be considered torture by some[Watch video].  And they go through it willingly.  These men are a complete different breed both mentally and physically.

This isn't like allowing a girl to join the boys Pee Wee football team when she's 12 years old.  This is akin to lining her up across the interior line from Ndamukong Suh in the NFL.

Of course, Hagel, Obama and the boys have it all figured out.  While denying that they will lower the physical standards,  Daily news story also says that "the services are methodically reviewing and revising the standards for many jobs, including strength and stamina, in order to set minimum requirements for troops to meet regardless of their sex".

Well, that certainly sounds like they are considering lowering the standards to help women meet them! Lowering standards for any job, to "level the playing field" for anyone, is a load of crap.  Lowering them to please a bunch of politicians and women's rights activists to help seal their legacy is criminal!  This will get good men AND women killed! That's right - KILLED!

For you women, as well as you sensitive metrosexuals out there standing up for "gender equality", let me clue you in on something.  Men and women aren't equal!  Biologically we are ,and always have been, different.  We are born with different muscle mass. We think differently.  We are built differently.  This is not to say men are better than women, it is to say we are different.  To pretend differently is naive, and in cases like this, dangerous.

The really sick thing in all of this is that Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, the NOW gang, and others will celebrate this (if it is implemented) as some sort of "victory" for women.  Pelosi, Boxer, and their ilk don't give a damn about women!  Like everything else to them, women are voting blocs and political pawns to be exploited for their own ambitions and power.

In their sick, twisted minds, if some women (and men) have to be sacrificed on the field of combat for their legacies, so be it.

Maddow Gets Handed Her Lunch With Facts From GOP Strategist

Rachel Maddow, on 'Meet The Press' begins to trot out the age-old liberal talking point that women in the workplace make less than men, but is surprised to find that she is actually challenged on this point.  When Alex Castellanos, to her right, states that "there are reasons for that", she responds with, "No, don't tell me the reasons".  Don't tell you the reasons? Like most liberals, she is uninterested in the facts of how her 'statistic' that "women earn 77 cents on the dollar" versus what men earn, is arrived at.

This statistic of "77 cents on the dollar", adjusted up or down a penny or two over the years, has been thrown around for years.  Like the number of illegal immigrants in the country, the number never seems to change.  It's a talking point to further the notion that all women are discriminated against in the workplace. It promotes victimhood.



But, does Maddow have a point?  Only if you look at raw data without a reference point, or context.  It is pointed out to Ms. Maddow by the strategist, that single women make more than their male counterparts.  In fact, they make about 8% more on average.  The reason for this, of which Maddow is uninterested, is that more women are entering the work force with college degrees.

Motherhood and family plays a huge role in the perceived gender wage gap.  A Labor Department study shows that the pay gap is affected almost entirely by the different "choices" that men and women make throughout their careers.  For example, women are more likely than men to work at "family-friendly" companies, where women value benefits more than higher wages.  Women are more likely to work in part-time employment, which pay typically pays less than full-time employment. Women leave the work force for childbirth and raising families.  Because of these choices, as women and men grow older the aggregate time that men have spent in continuous in the workforce is more than women.  More continuous years of employment favors results in higher pay for men over time.

One point that the strategist makes at about the :45 mark is that if the statistic were true, businessmen would hire only women in the workforce and save about 25% on their bottom line.  Of course this bounces right off of Maddow, who gives it no shrift, and moves onto her next point.

Funny, how the Maddow's of the world are only interested in statistics if they move the victim card forward.  Rachel Maddow is an intelligent person, but is so steeped in her ideology, that when confronted with facts, she prefers to keep herself in intellectual slavery.

Pelosi Opens Her Pie Hole And Crap Falls Out...Again

She's one of the most vile, despicable persons to ever step foot into Washington, yet the deviants in San Francisco continue to reelect her time and again.

The woman who arrogantly said of the Health Care bill, "We have to pass it so you can find out what's in it", steps before the mics again to lay out lie after lie to a sympathetic press pool.  So in the tank for the Democrats, not even the slightest thought occurs to them to fact check what comes out of the mouth of the Pelosi, Reid, and Obama in Washington.  They dutifully run from the mics, and parrot the words of these charlatans.  They have zero intellectual curiosity to research if what they claim is true, no matter how outrageous the claim or accusation.

Right off the top, Pelosi goes to a favorite leftist accusation.  The GOP want to give subsidies to "Big Oil", and destroy women's access to health care. Yes, the "eeevil" oil companies. The suppliers of that product which gets us to work everyday, and heats our homes, and provides lubrication for our machinery,  The product which provides the following:

Clothing Ink
Heart Valves
Crayons
Parachutes
Telephones
Enamel
Transparent tape
Antiseptics
Vacuum bottles
Deodorant
Pantyhose
Rubbing Alcohol
Carpets
Just to name a few. (Here's a more comprehensive list)

But, how about those subsidies? An article by Gary Hufbauer in the Washington Times exposes this to be false.  The Democrats' throw around the word 'subsidy', but what the oil companies get is the same tax deductions as every other company.  Subsidy insinuates that the government is giving money to the oil companies, which is not happening.  But to a leftist like Pelosi, all money belongs to the government.  How much they let us keep is up to them.  So, following her twisted logic, any deduction that you are able to claim on your taxes is a "subsidy".  YOU should be thanking HER for letting you keep the fruits of your labor.

One of the tax deductions that the oil companies receive is a 2% deduction on refining and production, which is to help keep jobs in the United States.  With Democrats bemoaning the "outsourcing" of jobs to other countries, you would think that they would be cheerleaders for this deduction. They don't, because this isn't about jobs.  It's not even about oil. Nor is it about "women's health" or a fictional "war on women.  They demonize "Big Oil" because they are an easy target.  They make a lot of money, (though not what the Dems claim), and they provide the perfect foil to promote their class warfare agenda.  It's about power. It's about subjugation of the voters. Create straw men, no matter how ridiculous ( Obama's alligators in a moat comes to mind), convince the weak-minded to willingly give up more and more of their liberty in return for the table scraps that Pelosi, and the leftists in Congress and the White House, decide they deserve.

This is going to be a HUGE election, and we are going to see and hear more and more of this kind of insulting and infuriating rhetoric between now and November. The American people should take great umbrage that Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, and scores of others in Washington and the State houses look at us a stupid, malleable dupes.  We can send them a message by sending their asses home in shame on November 6th.

Jessica Mokdad was a 20-year-old Muslim woman in Warren, Michigan, who was brutally murdered in May 2011. Fox News Detroit reported: "Authorities say a Minnesota man killed his 20-year-old stepdaughter in Michigan because she left home and wasn't following Islam." Jessica's stepfather, a devout Muslim, tracked his stepdaughter over four states to murder her for bringing dishonor on her family.

AFDI Executive Director Pamela Geller said in a statement: "We've named the Conference after her as part of our ongoing campaign to raise awareness and bring a stop to the phenomenon of Islamic honor killing. These girls have rights, too, they're human beings, and yet they're completely forgotten in our politically correct culture, in which speech that is offensive to Islam is increasingly forbidden. We're standing for the human rights of girls like Jessica Mokdad."

Geller added: "AFDI tried to place ads on Detroit-area buses offering help to people wishing to leave Islam and threatened by their families. Detroit SMART Transit refused the ads, and we sued on free speech grounds. We won, and the ads were scheduled to run, but Detroit SMART still refused to run them -- and the same week they were supposed to run, Jessica Mokdad was murdered. Perhaps if she had seen one of our ads, she would be alive today. This underscores the cowardice of Detroit-area officials and the need for this Conference in Dearborn. We welcome women seeking help and resources to escape dangerous and misogynist households."

The confirmed list of speakers includes ex-Muslim human rights activist Nonie Darwish; Sudanese ex-slave and freedom fighter Simon Deng; and James Lafferty of the Virginia Anti-Sharia Taskforce (VAST), co-host of the Conference.
