IRS Says They'll Grandfather Tax Refunds To Illegal Aliens

The Obama Administration and the IRS warn Americans that they are short of money and refund checks will probably be delayed. Apparently this doesn't extend to illegal aliens though.

The Washington Times reports (link below) that not only will they get their refunds, but that they can go back and claim refunds for the previous three years! Not only that, but they get "official" social security numbers!

Let that sink in for a moment. They get "official" SSN's. That means they currently have FAKE SSN's and are identity thieves.  We are going to reward their illegal behavior with official paperwork and extra money, while everyone else are told that their quality of service is going to suck, and we're going to have to wait for our refund.

Everyone who heard Obama thought that he was talking about them when he spoke of redistribution the wealth, but they didn't think he meant illegal immigrants and foreign countries.

Obama has, with the stroke of a pen, effectively eliminated the sovereign borders of the U.S.

Illegal immigrants convicted of felonies/misdemeanors will be granted deferred action, as will illegals who have repeatedly entered the US illegally, traffic violations are effectively "decriminalized", and possession and use of stolen or fake SSN's is decriminalized.  IF you are an illegal alien.  If you're a US citizen, these are all still crimes.

Seeing as how President Barack Obama is himself in possession on an illegal SSN# from Connecticut (funny how the MSM has zero curiosity of why Obama has a fraudulent SSN), he feels that its only fair not to punish illegal aliens for stealing SSN's either.

Fox News is reporting that they’ve obtained an internal document detailing how the Department of Homeland Security “plans to implement what critics say amounts to an amnesty policy for what could be more than one million illegal immigrants.”

What’s most telling about this report is what U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) told Fox News about the use of “stolen and fraudulent Social Security numbers” by these same illegal aliens.  According to Sessions, he believes that illegal immigrants using stolen Social Security numbers will not be prosecuted.

The Obama administration said Monday it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws, and said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls reporting illegal immigrants that the Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona police.
Administration officials, speaking on condition they not be named, told reporters they expect to see an increase in the number of calls they get from Arizona police — but that won’t change President Obama’s decision to limit whom the government actually tries to detain and deport.

Let The Spin Begin: SCOTUS Clears AZ SB 1070 Immigration Check

Will the mainstream media  report that the Supreme Court has validated Arizona's right to have law enforcement check on the immigration status of individuals whom they reasonably suspect of being in the country illegally? The key provision of the case was Arizona's constitutional right to carry out those checks.  Several other portions were struck down which the SCOTUS deemed to be already exist under federal statute.
The Obama Administration has framed SB-1070 as a racist law, with President Obama trotting out a number of his famous straw-man arguments to bring an unneeded racist tone to the debate, and to incorrectly frame what the law would mean for all Latinos in Arizona.
Overall this was a victory for proponents of the Arizona law, but it will interesting to see the media spin on this to claim victory for the Obama Administration, while at the same time using it as a rallying cry for Obama's 2012 campaign Latino outreach.

Supreme Court Arizona immigration ruling: Justices clear key part

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a constitutional challenge to a central provision of Arizona’s anti-illegal immigration law, clearing the way for similar legislation to take effect in other states and advancing a political narrative that could give President Barack Obama an added boost from Latino voters in November.
That provision, requiring police to conduct immigration checks on individuals they arrest or merely stop for questioning whom they suspect are in the U.S. illegally, does not appear to violate the Constitution by intruding on the federal government’s powers to control immigration, the court said.

Janet Napolitano and the Obama Administration's new tack on Obama's announcement on Friday that not enforcing immigration laws is not de facto amnesty but is merely discretion. This, I'm sure, after many months of intense discussions with groups like MECHA, La Raza, and Obama's latest guru on immigration issues, Eva Longoria.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The face of a new dictator?

Imperial President Barack Obama, in perhaps one of the most whorishly transparent election year panderings to a single voting bloc, is willfully violating the Constitution and should be
brought up on the charge of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" and impeached.

On January 21, 2009, Barack Hussein Obama swore the following:

Article II, Section 1, Clause 8
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."


He has now violated, for everybody to see, that oath that he swore to the People of the United States on that day.

Fully aware that reelection is slipping away, Obama is, in a multi-pronged strategy, looking to bring in hundreds of thousands of new voters by unilaterally granting amnesty to a reported 800,000 illegal immigrants in a pure election year pander to Hispanic voters.  I say multi-pronged because it is part and parcel of Eric Holder and the Justice Department's transparent actions in promoting voter fraud by:

• suing states which are enforcing immigration laws that are on the book, 
• suing states to prevent them from removing ineligible voters from the voter rolls, 
• suing states to prevent them from requiring voters to show ID's when voting so that voting officials can verify that persons are legally able to vote.

This brazen and illegal act by the President is not about immigration, but all about allowing as many illegal immigrants to vote as possible.  This is pandering to an extent that we have not seen in this country in our entire history.  Obama is desperate and is willing to do whatever it takes to win, the Constitution be damned.  Laws don't matter.  The ends justifies the means.

Obama should be impeached because he knows that this is illegal and has said as much on at least two separate occasions (see videos below).  Obama is now elevating his Marxist/socialist game to those such as Hugo Chavez and Vladimir Putin.

Patriotic, freedom-loving American's need to raise holy hell about this and demand that Congress bring up articles of Impeachment against Barack Obama and his willing accomplices in the Justice Department (Eric Holder) and Homeland Security (Janet Napolitano).

Arizona Immigration Law Protestors - Illegal Immigrants Should Be Allowed To Vote

Well, at least they're honest about their goals, unlike the Democrats and the Obama Administration.

This is really what the immigration and voter ID debates are really all about.  For the Democrats, and those on the left it is, and always has been, about boosting voter rolls with millions of new Democrat voters.  It is about stuffing the ballot boxes with millions of votes from those who are Constitutionally prohibited from voting, either because of their citizenship status or due to felony convictions in the past.

The knowledge, or lack thereof, of the protestors who are interviewed is stunning.  Some of the protestors whom MRC TV's Dan Joseph attempted to interview spoke no English. Zip, zero, nada. Three guesses as to the immigration status of those individuals. One guy who said he was running for Vice President(?) on the the Socialist ticket admitted that his whole family was illegal, and had been for twenty-three years! Of course he 'clarified' that "nobody is illegal", just "undocumented".  Glad he cleared that up.

These are your Democrat/Socialist/Marxist voters.  This is the mentality of the voters who swept Barack Hussein Obama (Mmm, mmm, mmm!) into the Oval Office.  These are the mental defectives that cancel out the votes of millions of hard-working American patriots, both native-born and who immigrated legally, who still believe in the American Dream, the rule of Law, and the Constitution.  These people are representative of the mentality of the leftists who are running the country.

ESCOBARES — Gunmen crossed the Rio Grande into the United States near a shootout between where the Mexican military and a group of gunmen was taking place.

Several area SWAT teams responded about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday to a ranch near Escobares, just across the U.S.-Mexico border, where a shootout broke out south of the Rio Grande.

The shootout reportedly began shortly after noon but details were not immediately available. Residents on the U.S. side reported seeing members of the U.S. Border Patrol and Starr County Sheriff’s Office securing the area near the border.

(CNSNews.com) - U.S. Labor Secretary Hilda Solis today signed "partnership" agreements with ambassadors from a group of Latin American nations aiming to protect what she described as the labor rights of both legal and illegal migrants working in the United States.


During the signing ceremony hosted at Labor Department headquarters in Washington D.C., Solis said the agreements are aimed at educating migrant workers, regardless of how they got here, about their rights under U.S. law and to help prevent them from being abused in the workplace, either through wages, loss of job, or deportation.

President Barack Obama is attempting to block the execution in Texas on Thursday of a Mexican man because it would breach an international convention and do "irreparable harm" to US interests.

By 7 a.m., field workers, ranch hands, parents and children lined up. They weren't looking to receive charity, the word of Lord, a holy blessing or the Eucharist. They were seeking dual citizenship.
Lorenzo Antonio Santiago, 9, of Greenfield, was among the early risers, barely able to keep his eyes open. He and his family traveled 36 long, country miles to get to Salinas, the town of his birth. He rested his head on a table, waiting as his father, Antonio Santiago, and mother, Esteban Quiñones, filled out the necessary paperwork. Democrat Senator: Illegal Alien Could Be Our Future President

Senator Dick Durbin has never been accused of being the brightest man in ANY room. However as a 3-term Senator one would at least expect him to know the basics of the U.S. Constitution that he swore an oath to defend. No such luck, as Durbin led off the first hearing of his pet 'DREAM Act' by asking all the illegals in his audience to stand up (you know, the ones 'hiding in the shadows') and then says he sees in them our future "doctors, our teachers...our senators, and maybe our president." Uh, Senator, try reading Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution, which says: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President." So not even a LEGAL immigrant can EVER be President. Sigh.
