"Confiscate, Confiscate, Confiscate" - Hot Mic Catches NJ Dems On Gun Control.

Apparently unaware that microphones were still on, several NJ lawmakers were caught saying what many of us have been saying all along, regarding the goal of gun control.
At the 0:19 sec mark of the audio, a person is heard to say what sounds like, "We needed a bill that was going to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate".  A second person says, "They don't care about the bad guys. All they want to do is have their little guns and do whatever they want with them."

Pro-gun advocates angry over N.J. lawmakers' hot-mic comments

TRENTON — As a committee hearing on new gun-control legislation began winding down Thursday, three state senators started chatting amongst themselves.
 
What they didn't realize was the microphone was still on.

A recording of the exchange — which appears to be between Democrats Loretta Weinberg, Sandra Cunningham and Linda Greenstein — ended up on YouTube, and gun supporters said today they were upset by the remarks.

The recording opens with what sounds like a senator or staff member saying, "We needed a bill that was going to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate" — although it is not clear who is speaking or if this is what she is saying.

Quietly, behind the scenes, the groundwork is being laid for federal government confiscation of tax-deferred retirement accounts such as IRAs. Slowly, the cat is being let out of the bag.
Last January 18th, in a little noticed interview of Richard Cordray, acting head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Bloomberg reported "[t]he U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau [CFPB] is weighing whether it should take on a role in helping Americans manage the $19.4 trillion they have put into retirement savings, a move that would be the agency's first foray into consumer investments."  That thought generates some skepticism, as aptly expressed by the Richard Terrell cartoon (Above) published by American Thinker.

Don't worry, they're not coming to take your guns, they're only going to "inspect your home," if you own an assault rifle in Washington State.

It's time for EVERYONE TO WAKE UP and realize what's going on around them!  More and more bills are being proposed to ban rifles, magazines, "universal background checks," which is really universal gun registration, and even gun confiscation!

The CRIMINAL actions of SOME, should not dictate that Constitutional Rights of Everyone!

A Canadian News Anchor explains why America needs to be very concerned with so called, "common sense" gun control measures.  Look at what happened in Canada.  They started with Gun Registration and it culminated in mass confiscation!

Many gun control advocates call for "universal" background checks, which really means "gun registration," as all transactions would then be recorded by the Federal Government.

Watch through the end of the video, where a man's house is even taken from him.  If you think it can't or won't happen here, you better think again!  Anyone who thinks this can't or won't happen in America simply doesn't understand history!  Americans would be wise to learn from our Canadian cousins.

New York governor Andrew Cuomo says the state of New York is serious about gun confiscation. The Democrat and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development told an Albany radio station he plans to propose a package of draconian legislation during his State of the State address next month.
“I don’t think legitimate sportsmen are going to say, ‘I need an assault weapon to go hunting,’” Cuomo said, according to the New York Times. “There is a balance here — I understand the rights of gun owners; I understand the rights of hunters.”
Cuomo indicated the state will likely force some kind of permit process on owners of semi-automatic “assault weapons.” In addition to generating revenue and expanding the size and reach of government, the effort will allow the state to confiscate the weapons of citizens who do not comply.
