Facebook Suspends Acct Over Ghandi Anti-Gun Control Quote

Facebook bans Gandhi quote as part of revisionist history purge
Thursday, December 27, 2012 by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger Editor of NaturalNews.com

(NaturalNews) The reports are absolutely true. Facebook suspended the Natural News account earlier today after we posted an historical quote from Mohandas Gandhi. The quote reads:

"Among the many misdeeds of British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest." - Mohandas Gandhi, an Autobiography, page 446.

This historical quote was apparently too much for Facebook's censors to bear. They suspended our account and gave us a "final warning" that one more violation of their so-called "community guidelines" would result in our account being permanently deactivated.

MSNBC's 'Censorship' Journalist Arrested For Painting Over Free Speech

Posted by Brian
Eltahawy being arrested for vandalism
Egyptian-American journalist Mona Eltahawy, a leftist Islamist apologist and sometime MSNBC pundit, found herself being arrested for vandalism of a Pro-Israel poster in the NY subway. While Eltahawy may have found it offensive, the fact is that the poster was approved by the city. Yet, like so many of her fellow leftists, free speech is a wonderful thing, only as long as they agree with it.  Then it becomes "hate speech", which must of course be abolished and outlawed.  Her solution? Spray paint the poster. and anybody who stands between her and the poster.

Just who  are these sages who determine what is correct speech, and what is hate speech?  Why, good little leftists like this jerk.  The morally superior attitude of Eltahawy and her ilk is obvious, who when being told that she is being arrested, claims to be exercising her "right of free expression", blames the police for violating her "right to free expression",  and tells others that "this is what happens to non-violent protestors in the United States in 2012".

No genius! This is what happens to jerks like you who deface private and public property because you don't happen to agree with it.

CNN and MSNBC Pundit Arrested for Vandalizing Anti-Muslim Ad In N.Y. Subway System

The New York Post reported Egyptian-American columnist Mona Eltahawy has been arrested for defacing an anti-Muslim ad in the New York subway system. The video shows her spraying pink paint on the ad while a supporter of the ad tries to block her. She's a journalist for censorship.

Eltahawy, a former Reuters correspondent, has been a recent favorite of CNN and MSNBC’s weekend morning shows to discuss Egypt, and she often smears together the Islamist “right wing” and the American right wing, as she did on Melissa Harris-Perry just 11 days ago [video and transcript below]:

AZ Man Faces Jail For Holding Bible Studies In His Home

How very Soviet of the city of Phoenix!

CHRISTIAN FINED & SENTENCED TO 60 DAYS IN JAIL OVER AZ HOME BIBLE STUDIES
Posted on July 6, 2012 at 3:32pm by Billy Hallowell

We’ve told you before about government regulations hampering home Bible studies, but this story is even more pervasive, perplexing and complicated than the others. Michael Salman, who lives in Phoenix, Ariz., has been sentenced to a startling 60 days in jail, given a $12,180 fine and granted three years probation for refusing to stop hosting Bible studies at his home. Why, you ask? He‘s apparently in violation of the city’s building code laws.

Last Saturday, journalism died. The media openly declared war on free speech and the 1st Amendment it was sworn to protect.

The Media Has Declared... WAR!
By John Fricke

Newsrooms and hospitals have one major thing in common: the "hush" is the loudest thing anyone ever hears. The "hush" is the moment when normal activity stops cold for an announcement of major events that will entirely reshape any usual activity. While both newsrooms and hospitals stop on that kind of news -- and then, following it, race into a whirlwind of overdrive -- the similarities end there.

Hospitals gird for the incoming and the flood of bad news to follow; most newsrooms do not. In a newsroom, tragic events are met with a different vibe: an electric jolt that energizes the room with a sense of self-importance.

The shot of adrenaline that surges through a newsroom is fascinating to watch. After the initial rush, the newsroom is never satisfied. There is a reason why the term "news junkie" exists; there is always the next twist, the next piece of fresh information, the next set of numbers (think of the alcohol shots of "news" that an election night provides with its changing and evolving big story).  READ MORE HERE--->

Censoring Mark Twain - Politically Correct Editing of the Classics

The age of censorship is among us. Do we now ban Dostoevsky's "The Idiot" beecause the title might offend the parents of children with Downs Syndrome? How about renaming the Gay 90's to the Alternative Lifestyle 90's? Censorship, in any form, is dangerous. - Brian

New edition of Mark Twain to remove racial slurs

A PUBLISHER is planning to release a new edition of two of Mark Twain's classic novels that replaces the racial slurs used throughout the books with less offensive language.

NewSouth Books will release a single volume containing both novels, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, overseen by Twain scholar Alan Gribben, Publisher's Weekly said. In both, the n-word is replaced with the word "slave" and the word "Injun" is removed.

"This is not an effort to render Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn colourblind," said Mr Gribben, the head of the English department at Auburn University at Montgomery in Alabama. "Race matters in these books. It's a matter of how you express that in the 21st century."
