Third-World Elections Come To Houston - NAACP Campaigning For Obama In Polling Station

Posted by Brian

Barack Obama speaking at NAACP event
The Blaze reports that NAACP members showed up at a Houston polling place, passed out water, and campaigned for Barack Obama. Wearing hats and jackets emblazoned with the NAACP name, they were at one point told to turn their jackets inside out, but refused, defiant that they would do whatever the hell they wanted to, and would not leave the polling place.
Though representatives of "True the Vote" were there to report the violations, they were told by someone from the city that the NAACP could violate the law and operate within 100' of the polls.
Somebody tell me:  How is the NACCP distinguishing themselves from the Black Panthers, or from the Ku Klux Klan in the past?  Not in the sense of violence, but in the tactics used by these groups to either intimidate voters to vote how they wanted them to, or to not vote at all?
And where are the police to enforce the sacredness of these polling stations, which are to be free of any type of coercion for the people who go to perform our most basic duty of voting in a free country?
We don't need UN poll watchers here, we need the American people to stand up and say that this is enough. I don't for one second believe that this is some spontaneous thing that the local chapter of the Houston NAACP decided to do.  This is the district of the infamous Sheila Jackson-Lee, one of the stupidest, and most racist members of Congress, who showed up at polling stations in 2010 to shake hand with people at polling stations, clear violation of election laws. This kind of stuff is going to continue to happen in areas where the Dems think they can get away with it.
All of this kind of stuff comes from the top.  Obama and his regime will not have fingerprints on this kind of stuff, but they have given their nod of approval to those who can coordinate this stuff.
This is Obama and Chicago-style politics on a national level.

REPORT: NAACP OPERATIVES INVADE HOUSTON POLLING STATION
Posted on November 3, 2012 at 8:00pm by Becket Adams

Members of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on Friday allegedly descended on a polling station in Houston to “encourage” people to vote for President Barack Obama, Townhall.com’s Katie Pavlich reports.

Poll watcher Eve Rockford, who was trained by True the Vote, claims three people wearing NAACP labeled clothing showed and started handing out bottled water to people waiting in line. After that, they started “stirring up the crowd,” at one point even mentioning flying people to Ohio to promote the president.

Surprised by what she was seeing, Rockford notified Polling Supervisor Rose Cochran.

“I went to the polling supervisor and let her know that it was not appropriate that they were in the building handing out water. She ignored me. I repeated my statement. She told me that she would handle it,” Rockford said in an incident report released True the Vote.

U.S. A Banana Republic? Dems Call In U.N. To Monitor U.S. Elections For "Voter Suppression"

Posted by Brian
H/T To The Hill
Leftist so-called civil rights groups are calling in the United Nations to monitor U.S. elections on November 6th like some third-world banana republic.  Supposedly they are concerned that conservative groups like "True the Vote" are aiming to suppress minority turnout.
Really?!
Where were these groups when the New Black Panthers were stationing themselves at the doors of polling places, dressed in black military gear, wearing black sunglasses, and carrying billy clubs?  Noooo, this was voter intimidation at all.  How do we know?  Because the Eric Holder Justice Department said it wasn't, killing an investigation of what seasoned agents said was a "slam dunk" case of the NBP's illegal intimidation voters.
Apparently though, states who have laws requiring voters to produce identification verifying that they are the person that they claim to be IS voter suppression. Having poll watchers to ensure that there are not others like the NBP's at the polls to intimidate voters is also voter suppression.
So, according to these leftists we need U.N. monitors from liberal places like France, and countries who were once part of the Soviet bloc to come in and monitor our elections.
New Black Panthers "poll watchers" in Philadelphia
I don't think for one second that these "civil rights" groups believe that True the Vote or Voter ID laws are suppressing the voting rights of minorities.  They are simply doing the prep work to challenge any vote that doesn't re-elect Barack Obama or any number of liberal Democrats who they see as critical to maintaining their power. By putting all of this in place ahead of the election, they are positioning themselves to cry "voter fraud" or "tampering with the results" in the case of a close election. I also don't put it past them to have liberal groups take to the streets and create civil unrest in the event the election doesn't go their way. They are not above manufacturing a crisis, using an unwitting or not-so-unwitting media on the day of the election.  Look for early returns and exit polls to heavily favor Obama and Democrats.  This would set the table for, if and when the results swing for Romney, these leftist groups and the media to claim that something untoward may be happening, while positing the theory that we may be seeing a coordinated effort to steal the election by right-wing groups.
If all of this may seem crazy to you, I say you may be right. Crazy like a fox.

International monitors at US polling spots draw criticism from voter fraud groups
By Alexander Bolton - 10/20/12 12:00 PM ET

United Nations-affiliated election monitors from Europe and central Asia will be at polling places around the U.S. looking for voter suppression activities by conservative groups, a concern raised by civil rights groups during a meeting this week. The intervention has drawn criticism from a prominent conservative-leaning group combating election fraud.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), a United Nations partner on democratization and human rights projects, will deploy 44 observers around the country on Election Day to monitor an array of activities, including potential disputes at polling places.

Obama's Keystone Pipeline Handling Worthy Of The Chavistas

Obama Banana Republic

by KEITH KOFFLER on JANUARY 23, 2012, 8:22 PM
Are we living in a Banana Republic? A place where laws are passed for fun and broken for sport?
That’s what Wall Street Journal Latin American affairs columnist Mary Anastasia O’Grady, who covers Banana Republics for the newspaper, wants to know.
In a column published today, O’Grady accuses Obama of UNMITIGATED CYNICISM AND ABUSE OF POWER in his handling of the Keystone XL pipeline, suggesting his behavior is worthy of the Chavistas and likely to chill future investors in U.S. infrastructure.
Like all Banana Republic satraps, this one is claiming perfect adherence to the laws of the land, even as he bends them for his own political ends.
