Pick an issue and the Democrats, with a compliant media, predictably will tell us that women/minorities/children will be hardest hit. Limbaugh was the probably the first one to make the observation. At least he was the first I heard make that point. Now it has become a kind of sport for me, trying to determine when the spokesman for the Dems is going to break out the playbook, and which constituency they are going to target to spread fear through.
Today was a banner day for the Dems with Pelosi targeting women, and Obama hitting seniors, veterans, and the disabled all in one fell swoop.
Bravo Dems! I salute your moxie. Besides that, I despise everything that you stand for.
Nancy Pelosi: Entitlement cuts worse for women

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday marshaled a key constituency in her push to protect entitlements: women.
“We know firsthand the impact of changes in Medicare,” said Pelosi, flanked by 14 other Democratic women. “We know it because we are women and caregivers and we know it because of the people we represent. We know it because of the special interest we have taken in this bedrock of security for women and families in our country.”
