The Obama Administration and the Eric Holder DOJ are apparently hell-bent in trying to stir up racial tensions in the country. Why else would something this blatantly racial even be considered, and then actually implemented?
If anyone has any question of why the government taking over one-seventh of the US economy is a bad idea, just witness what having the government meddling in schools has done to the education system. It has turned it from one of the best educational systems in the world, to a putrid petri dish of social experimentation. The three R's have taken a back seat to a curriculum of LGBT studies, feminism, race, and social justice. History is being rewritten by liberals to ignore or downplay America's achievements and denigrate our founders, while promoting their Marxist and socialist icons, like murderers Che Gueverra and Fidel Castro, as a great freedom fighters.
Now we have the federal government, in the form of a letter from the Department of Justice no less(!), telling schools they have to place quota's on punishment! Not the Department of Education (which should be abolished at the earliest possible time, in my opinion), but the DOJ!
The letter states, in part:
“Schools also violate Federal law when they evenhandedly implement facially neutral policies and practices that, although not adopted with the intent to discriminate, nonetheless have an unjustified effect of discriminating against students on the basis of race.
Examples of policies that can raise disparate impact concerns include policies that impose mandatory suspension, expulsion, or citation (e.g., ticketing or other fines or summonses) upon any student who commits a specified offense — such as being tardy to class, being in possession of a cellular phone, being found insubordinate, acting out, or not wearing the proper school uniform.”
Excuse me? So schools are now to keep a tally sheet of how many white students, how many black students, hispanics, etc., get in trouble for being tardy, and if too many members of one race are punished for their tardiness, even though they were tardy more often, they can be in violation of a FEDERAL LAW! I have a sneaking suspicion though, that if it were white students on the heavy end of the numbers, that the DOJ Civil Right Division isn't going to be jumping all over the violation. After all, as we have been repeatedly told by the likes of Al Sharpton, whites can't be discriminated against, and blacks are incapable of being racist. Unless, of course, they're conservative blacks, and then they're Uncle Tom's, and thus are white in the eyes of Al Sharpton and the left, anyway.
There is no doubt, in my mind at least, that Barack Obama has a serious chip on his shoulder regarding the races, and his policies, Cabinet appointments, and his words have made that very clear. But this may be the most in-your-face thing the Obama Administration has done regarding race. Even though it's Eric Holder's DOJ, don't think for a moment he's unilaterally doing this without input from Obama. If you believe that, you're very naive.
Obama is not interested in just "leveling the playing field". He didn't come this far for that. He intends, if he can, to right every perceived wrong he believes has happened, through reparations, quota's, policies and statute.
This is only the beginning.

California School To Use Tax Money To Train Students To Sell Obamacare
June 27, 2013 by Sam Rolley
“…Nearly all children nowadays were horrible. What was worst of all was that by means of such organizations as the Spies they were systematically turned into ungovernable little savages, and yet this produced in them no tendency whatever to rebel against the discipline of the Party. On the contrary, they adored the Party and everything connected with it. The songs, the processions, the banners, the hiking, the drilling with dummy rifles, the yelling of slogans, the worship of Big Brother — it was all a sort of glorious game to them. All their ferocity was turned outwards, against the enemies of the State, against foreigners, traitors, saboteurs, thought-criminals. It was almost normal for people over thirty to be frightened of their own children. And with good reason, for hardly a week passed in which The Times did not carry a paragraph describing how some eavesdropping little sneak — ‘child hero’ was the phrase generally used — had overheard some compromising remark and denounced its parents to the Thought Police.”–George Orwell in 1984
While they aren’t co-opting youngsters to spy on parents for speaking out against the government (yet), the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSF) is planning to use a $990,000 State grant to teach teens to sell Obamacare on their families.
The funding comes from a broader $37 million grant blitz by Covered California, the State’s health insurance exchange, to promote President Barack Obama’s nationally unpopular healthcare overhaul.
“We have confidence that the model LA Unified brought to the table will be successful in reaching our target population, which includes family members of students,” said Sarah Soto-Taylor, spokeswoman for Covered California.
The grant money provided to LAUSD will be used to encourage families to sign up for Obamacare via phone calls to students’ homes, in-class presentations and meetings with employees eligible for Obamacare’s taxpayer-covered healthcare, the grant award says.

Nanny State Alert: Latest Danger In Schools? - 'Flamin' Hot Cheetos'

How does freedom end?
When Is A Cheeto Not Just A Cheeto?
This is the kind of crap our precious public schools are concerned with? Friggin' Cheetos?! The so-called reason is that they are not nutritious enough, and have too much salt. I'm calling bull crap. This is step one. I can assure you that there are other foods out there with more salt and are less nutritious which are yet to come under fire. Of course the media are out there reporting the propaganda, dutifully nodding in agreement. "Yes, we probably do get too much salt in our diets. It's comforting to know that there are people out there looking out for our children". It would be refreshing, shocking actually, to hear one anchor say, "Why are the schools getting involved in this? Shouldn't this be the responsibility of the child's parents"? But we won't hear that.
This is one more example of some power-hungry bureaucrats wresting more power, more responsibility away from parents and the general public. Of course, they are "doing it for the children". Well, that's crap, too! If they had any concern for the children, they would be more motivated with giving children a quality education in the basic knowledge skills that the kids are going to need to be successful, and less concerned about what they eat, whether Heather has two mommy's or six daddy's, or whether Johnny knows how to properly put a condom on a banana! For you teachers who are getting more offended by the second, I am not addressing those of you who are ham-strung by the teacher's unions and education extablishment, (unless you are a left-wing libtard who buys into and blindly supports all of this crap, with zero cognitive ability to think for yourself). I am talking about the educational glitterati in the DOE, the Teachers Unions, and the so-called liberal elitists in politics, who see kids as lab rats, and our schools as their science rooms and indoctrination centers in which to perform their liberal social experiments.
Test scores dropping, graduation rates plummeting, and our bastions of social experimentation are more concerned with kids eating "Flamin' Hot Cheetos', undermining parental rights' with free birth control medication and condoms for students, banning American Flag shirts on Cinco De Mayo Day which might offend the Latino's, and removing banners from school auditoriums because it has the word "God" or "Lord" in it and might offend some atheists.
I don't know about any of the rest of you, but I have put up with about as much as I can take with all of this government intrusion into virtually every aspect of our lives. Whether parenting, business, eating, how large our soda's are, how much salt we can have, the type of light bulbs we can buy, how much water our toilets use, ad infinitum, there is government. You literally can't take a crap without the government being involved.
For anyone who is still undecided about this election, or who says that there is no difference between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, you may be a lost cause. On the one hand is candidate Obama who is rooted in the ideology of Marxism and is quickly moving down the path of European Socialism, or worse. He supports this kind of crap! His wife advocates for it, with her portion-controlled so-called "Healthy Lunches" programs, which half of the students hate, and end up throwing in the trash. On the other hand we have Mitt Romney who, though not my ideal candidate, I am 100% behind in this election, because the alternative is the end of the American society as we know it. At least he doesn't advocate for this level of government intrusion. Though some of his ideas still grow government, they slow the growth to a pace where we can still turn the Great Ship around. But, we have to elect conservative men and women to both Houses of Congress and the Presidency, not just in this election, but the next TEN! It took decades to get to this point, and it's going to take a huge turnover of our leaders to get out of this mess.
Voting third party in this election is not an option. It may have been in the past, but this election is a turning point. To all of those who want, or are going to vote for Gary Johnson, here's a little insight for you. I'll even whisper it: He can't win. He can only cause Romney to lose.
If Romney loses by a few votes in a few states because enough votes are siphoned off to Johnson, then welcome to the USSA. Think it can't happen? Bush won in Florida by 537 votes. (I don't want to hear how the "Supreme Court stole the election and gave it to Bush" crap either. All recounts, even by the NY Times, said Bush would have won. And don't forget that Ralph Nader peeled off 97K votes, most of which, likely, would have gone to Gore. Blame Nader.) How about Al 'Stuart Smalley' Franken's election in Minnesota, which was determined by only 312 votes? Still think every vote doesn't matter?
But no worries. If something were to happen where Romney ends up losing a few key states, and it's because people decided to cast their vote for Gary Johnson, or in protest, just don't vote at all, and we all wake up to find that Obama has won with 271 electoral votes: be assured that you can rest easy, knowing that you remained true to your "principles" , as you find yourself watching Obama dismantle what remains of this once great country.
Am I really this fired up about Cheeto's? Not if this were an isolated incident. It is the compounding of all of these little things, the creeping incrementalism of government seizing more and more of our freedoms by liberal and statists in our schools and government, all with the certainty that "We, The People" will continue to accept it. Well, I'm done with accepting the crap-sandwiches that they keep trying to shove down our throats!
If you're willing to continue accepting these types of assaults on your individual liberty, or just want to "get along", then you are part of the problem.
If you're willing to start fighting back, starts now with friends, family, co-workers, and others to ensure that as many conservatives as possible get to the polls on November 6th and send Obama packing on January 20th.!
ANOTHER SNACK ATTACK! SCHOOLS MOVE TO BAN ‘FLAMIN’ HOT CHEETOS’
Posted on October 19, 2012 at 11:08am by Mike Opelka
If we’re talking about schools and lunches, you can bet that the story is about another wave of “Nanny State-ism.”
The latest move in the effort to take complete control over the lives of students swirls around a very specific member of the snack food world, the very popular, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. If the schools have their way, “Hot Cheetos” will be treated like illegal drugs on school property.

First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out– because I was not a communist;
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out– because I was not a socialist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out– because I was not a trade unionist; Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out– because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me– and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Rep. Andre Carson, (D-IN) says that America "will never tap into educational innovation" "without looking at the model we have". Islamic madrassas. "In our schools...where the foundation is the Quran". "America must understand that she needs Muslims".
Because Muslims have been so innovative, and have been such leaders in science, medicine and technology. Keep your madrassas and your sharia, and your stone-age innovation Congressman.
