Harry Reid, proving that he is quite probably the most arrogant and despicable person in the Senate, continues to thumb his nose at the American People, and to willfully bypass Senate rules and procedures. When Reid and the Democrats scream about lack of bi-partisanship, this is the reason why. He has no desire, or intent, to work in a bi-partisan way. That's fine. Stick to your guns, Harry. But the Republicans should be shouting these types of corrupt tricks from the mountain tops every time he pulls one out of his slimy bag.
