Sen. Harry Reid Lies To The American Public

"Private Sector Jobs Are Doing Just Fine"

To paraphrase what Sean Hannity said in 2008: The media in this country has died. To not report some of the absolutely despicable things coming out of the mouths of the far left these days, including this outright lie from Harry Reid, is the height of journalistic malpractice. Just as "Saying the same thing over and over again" will eventually be taken as "truth", not reporting anything apparently means it never happened. Media bias does not just mean to "slant" a story.  It can also mean failing to cover something that is newsworthy at all.  The mainstream media does both.
It doesn't even take much "googling" to find out that what Reid says here is completely fabricated.
Since the beginning of the recession (see National Review article), nearly 600,000 jobs have been created in the public sector (government jobs), while over 7.9 million jobs have been lost in the private sector. Since the Obama "stimulus" package in February 2009, over 400,000 jobs have been created in the public sector, while over 2.6 million private sector jobs have been lost. Yet Harry Reid goes before the American public and lies through his yellowed teeth in an attempt to purposefully mislead the American people.
