Following are excerpts from a public address delivered by Hassan Rahimpour Azghadi, a member of the Iranian Supreme Council for Cultural Revolution, which aired on Channel 1, September 23, 2011:

"This should not be taken lightly. In seven months, four Arab regimes have fallen. Hopefully, three or four more will fall within a few months or a few years. We must prepare for a global battle. The guys who work in intelligence and sabotage operations must now be prepared to go all over the world, not just here or there."
