Notice the wording. It's not that you have health insurance. It's that you have "qualifying" health coverage. So what constitutes qualifying coverage? Nobody knows yet. But you can bet that it's not necessarily going to include what you as an individual might need, and it will include coverages for a whole bunch of crap that you won't. Congratulations America! You have just allowed the federal government control over your entire body, under the auspices of "free" healthcare! And if you don't comply, they're going to fine you! Fines can range from nearly $700 to over $2000! And that's just for starters!
The only way to avoid this is to defeat Obama, and have conservative Republicans take control of the House and Senate. If you are planning on splitting your vote by this election by voting for Romney, and then voting for Democrat the down ticket, and the Senate stays in the hands of Harry Reid and the Dems, we will be stuck with this monstrosity forever. It will only be a matter of time before the system collapses under its own weight in debt.

Here's why the IRS will require Americans to disclose their personal health ID information starting in 2014
When Obamacare’s individual mandate takes effect in 2014, all Americans who file income tax returns must complete an additional IRS tax form. The new form will require disclosure of a taxpayer’s personal identifying health information in order to determine compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate.
As confirmed by IRS testimony to the tax-writing House Committee on Ways and Means, “taxpayers will file their tax returns reporting their health insurance coverage, and/or making a payment”.
