Nancy Pelosi, this stuttering fool, is a living example of this type of person. The longer she remains in power, the more mentally deficient she becomes. Her arrogance and power prevent her from forming a rational thought which might allow her to have that "aha" moment, which informs her that she and her leftist cohorts are actively destroying a great nation.
Thanks to a deficient educational system, run by leftist retards like herself, she is able to convince millions of others historically proven failed policies are the path to her marxist Nirvana.
Remember, this is the same Nancy Pelosi, who when she gave her first address as the Speaker of the House in 2007 said, "Pay as you go. No new deficit spending". We now know that she was lying through her teeth, proven by the fact that spending under her Democrat Congress tripled at the end of her first full year as Speaker.
The fact is, Nancy Pelosi wants to give this power to the President to avoid making Congress take any responsibility for, or the American people be aware of, the obscene amount of out money that these people spend.

(CNSNews.com) - House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said on Friday that Congress should hand over to President Barack Obama the power to unilateral increase the limit on the U.S. government's debt.
In effect, under the plan Pelosi is endorsing, the only limit on the national debt would be President Obama's willingness to borrow money in the name of American taxpayers.
