The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released a report in September of 2012, where it warned about the potential effects of Sequestration on the National Drug Intelligence Center.
There's only one problem with the report. The Agency didn't exist!
Continually, reports on unemployment, economic growth, and other issues continue to be "adjusted" or modified without substantial supporting information.
The most "transparent" President/Administration in American History, the one who promised being able to view pending legislation on C-Span, the same one that said, "If you want to know what's in the Affordable Healthcare Act you have to pass it," has repeatedly demonstrated that transparency is only an illusion.
