Eric Holder, the top cop in the country, is making a habit of refusing to comply with congressional requests for documents of any kind, related to any number of different investigations. For an Administration which was going to be the "most transparent" in history, the stonewalling of requested documents, administration people who refuse to appear before Congress, and non-complianceof any number of requests is downright serial. What do they have to hide? This is yet another instance in which it appears that Eric Holder has perjured himself under oath in testimony to Congress.
As the top law enforcement officer in the country, this appearance of corruption, lying, and concealing or failing to turn over subpoenaed evidence should require him to resign as Attorney General as soon as possible.

The committee initially made the request in a July 6 letter that Smith sent directly to Attorney General Eric Holder.
