Hope that those of you in Illinois are paying attention.
All of a sudden, with the election coming up, Phil Hare is supporting the Bush tax plan and saying we need to REDUCE spending. Hare is a flat-out fraud and a liar, who will say whatever it takes to fool his constituents and get reelected.
