Napolitano's 1984 NewSpeak: It's Not Amnesty. It's Discretion

Janet Napolitano and the Obama Administration's new tack on Obama's announcement on Friday that not enforcing immigration laws is not de facto amnesty but is merely discretion. This, I'm sure, after many months of intense discussions with groups like MECHA, La Raza, and Obama's latest guru on immigration issues, Eva Longoria.

Sorry, but if it looks like mierda, smells like mierda, and tastes like mierda, then it must be coming out of the Obama White House.

Napolitano: Immigration decision is not amnesty or immunity

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said Friday that the Obama administration's new order limiting deportation was neither immunity, nor amnesty.  "A grant of deferred action is not immunity, it is not amnesty," Napolitano told reporters. "It is an exercise of discretion."
