Fake Interpreter At Mandela Funeral Tells Runner To Go On The Pitch

Apparently, the security at the Mandela Memorial left a lot to be desired as a man was able to sneak onstage as a sign language interpreter though he apparently doesn't know sign language.

The man "signed" for hours making repetitive nonsense gestures with his arms and hands. including "interpreting" for US President Barack Obama.

I was believed to be during Obama's speech that the man signaled for the "batter to lay down a bunt", and for the "runner on third to go on the pitch".

There is no word yet on the rumor that the man has been put on retainer and is negotiating a contract for next season as the Tampa Bay Devil Rays third base coach.
