Judicial Activism: NC Judge Rules "Choose Life" Plate Unconstitutional

Proposed NC "Choose Life" License Plate
Oh the horror!
America is losing the culture war.
Do you believe in family values?  Bigot!  Do you believe in Judeo-Christian values?  Racist bigot!  Are you patriotic?  Redneck cracker!  Do you support the Constitution?  Right-wing, tea-bagging, redneck cracker!!
The Courts, stacked with activist judges, no longer look to the Constitution for their rulings.  They rule based on their own personal beliefs, or on judicial decisions from some "enlightened" court in Europe. Our Constitution is so outdated.
They circumvent the will and the votes of our citizens, overturning measures and propositions passed with large majorities. They are routinely ignoring our Constitution, or twisting themselves into pretzels to looking for concocted "emanations and penumbras" hiding within the words of the Framers, and which only they have the intellect with which to decipher them for we unwashed masses.
So it is with a judge in North Carolina who has ruled that it is unconstitutional for the state to make and sell license plates with the words "Choose Life"( Shown above) on them.   His reasoning?  There isn't a plate which supports "Pro-Choice" members of the community. Well, if that is all that is stopping them, I propose a license plate designed around the illustration below.
There! All fixed!

My proposal for the NC "Pro-Choice" License plate

RALEIGH, N.C. – A federal judge has ruled it is unconstitutional for North Carolina to issue pro-life license plates unless the state offers similar plates supporting abortion rights.

U.S. District Court Judge James C. Fox ruled on Friday that North Carolina cannot produce or distribute the “Choose Life” plate.
