Under questioning by Sen. John McCain (R.-Ariz.) in the Senate Homeland Security Committee on Wednesday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano conceded that Mexican drug cartels pose a terrorist threat to the United States.

The question for me is: "Why has it taken Homeland Security and Janet Napolitano until now to admit that the border is NOT secure and that, aside from the illegal immigration issue, this is a national security threat.  How many individuals, including those from Hezbollah, have already crossed into this country with ill intent?
