Pelosi: Republicans Exploiting Jews! That's Our Job, Dammit!

Nancy Pelosi illustrates her IQ
Nancy Pelosi and the Dems are increasingly indicating their concerns about the upcoming election.
And they should be.  Key constituencies are indicating a move away from the Democrats this year, especially in contrast to 2008.  The gender gap and the age gap are both showing a move away from the Democrats.  The Jewish vote, though the GOP won't win a majority, is seeing a sizable shift to the GOP, at least in the short-term. Blacks, which voted overwhelmingly for Obama in 2008, in numbers only seen in countries like Iraq under Saddam Hussein, are seeing either some movement to the GOP, or a general apathy in voting this election.
So, what is Nancy Pelosi to do? To tell Jewish voters that they are too 'smart' to be 'exploited' by the Republicans. See Video Here
Psst! Hey Nancy! You're right! Voters are smart. Jews, women, men, blacks, Latinos, Asians, are all engaged.  And they have realized they are being exploited, and have been for years!  By you and the Democrats!

Pelosi: Republican Jews 'Being Exploited' "And they're smart people."
9:55 AM, JUL 28, 2012 • BY DANIEL HALPER

In an interview, House minority leader Nancy Pelosi said that she believes Republican Jews are "being exploited," but she was sure to add, "And they're smart people."

Pelosi made the comments in response to whether Jewish voters would support President Barack Obama in the presidential election later this year.

Dems Attempt To Put Gun Control Amendment In Cybersecurity Bill

Posted by Brian
"Schmucky" Schumer went to the floor of the Senate to argue for "common sense" gun control, and that average American's don't need an "assault" weapon to go hunting.
Uh, the Second Amendment is not about hunting, moron.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) discusses new Gun Control amendment, while Sen. Harry Reid (background) wipes drool from his lips.
Democratic senators offer gun control amendment for cybersecurity bill
By Ramsey Cox - 07/26/12 07:29 PM ET

Democratic senators have offered an amendment to the cybersecurity bill that would limit the purchase of high capacity gun magazines for some consumers.

Shortly after the Cybersecurity Act gained Senate approval to proceed to filing proposed amendments and a vote next week, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), a sponsor of the gun control amendment, came to the floor to defend the idea of implementing some “reasonable” gun control measures.

And the Oscar Goes To: AR Sen Jeffress Channels His Inner Evangelist

Was this a town hall, or a revival meeting? Gene Jeffress (D-AR) either gave one of the best or worst acting performances, depending on your point of view, that I've ever seen. It was breathtaking in its transparency and pandering.

Channelling his inner Ernest Angley, Robert Tilton, and Bennie Hinn all at the same time, Senator Jeffress spins stories about healthcare and racism to a small audience in his district. At one point he gets down on one knee to tell a story of an immigrant woman from Germany thanking him for his stance on ObamaCare, and how America can "do better" as Germany has "been doing this for centuries". At another point he promises to pray for a woman's grandaughter, not because "it's political", but because "it's Christian".

His voice, at once rising, and then getting soft, you wonder if you're at a town hall meeting or a tent revival with Jimmie Swaggert. The only thing missing is the crocodile tears, and the plea for a money bomb to help support worldwide outreach programs, and the starving children in New Guinea.
Maybe the biggest shock about watching this is that not one person laughed, or got up to leave. In fact, they seem enthralled. Of course, it could be the same reaction one gets when seeing a train wreck.  You can't seem to take your eyes off of it.

Obama Ignores 13.6% Unemployment for Blacks, Promotes Jobs For Illegal Immigrants

Posted by Brian

Unemployment for blacks rose to 13.6% in May, well above the national average of 8.2%, and Barack Obama is promoting a jobs program for illegal immigrants.

How's that hope, change and Obama-money working out for you?

OBAMA JOBS PROGRAM: HELP ILLEGALS COMPETE WITH AMERICANS FOR SCARCE JOBS

Today, the Obama Administration, in an obvious attempt to boost the President's flailing reelection campaign, announced that it would bypass Congress and rewrite the nation's immigration laws.

The Obama administration will stop deporting and begin granting work permits to younger illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and have since led law-abiding lives. The election-year initiative addresses a top priority of an influential Latino electorate that has been vocal in its opposition to administration deportation policies.

Romney Panders, Sells Out Conservative Principles In Puerto Rico

Romney in Puerto Rico: a case study in political pandering
Published: 4:39 PM 03/16/2012

In Puerto Rico, for the price of 20 delegates, Mitt Romney sold out his conservative principles.
There is a long history of Congress requiring English to be the language of government and schools for territories seeking to be admitted to the Union — e.g., Louisiana, Arizona, New Mexico and Oklahoma. For all of the territories that had large non-English speaking populations, Congress announced before the territories voted on the question of statehood that a change in language policy would be a prerequisite for statehood. In the case of Puerto Rico, where according to the latest Census only 15% of residents are fluent in English, the English language requirement is common sense. Puerto Rico operates its government, courts and public schools in Spanish, which sets it apart from the 50 existing states.
