I would find it hard to believe that Romney, or any CEO for that matter, would leave themselves legally vulnerable during a period in which they had no input or control. We'll have to see.<br />As for Santorum not being vulnerable, the media would not by any stretch give the guy a clear path. Like any conservative, they would blow every small misstep out of proportion, and if there were any dirt found, it would be a full blown scandal.
